*Start Date: ASAP* *End Date: 6+ Months * *Rate: Keep it Competitive* Interview: phone screen, then 50/50 in person interview Purpose of the role - How it adds value Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured: Act in a lead role facilitating systems development items resulting from business line requests, application updates and functionality upgrades by performing all steps in the development life cycle. Provide technical support for application development, data conversions, vendor interfaces and internal data transfers. Work with Citizens Manufacturing (IT) group on HR for development and technical projects. Assist with the planning and execution of activities necessary to ensure optimization of HR applications. Support the development of comprehensive data models in conjunction with the HR Business Intelligence team. Partner with the HR Project Management group and HR business lines to assess the development needs and consult with them on alternatives by providing an evaluation of options with recommendations to meet needs. Collaborate with client to develop, test and implement best alternative. Lead HR technology projects of moderate scope and complexity. This would include evaluating issues, formulating a plan of action with required resources and estimated timelines, communicating status to clients and executing plan through implementation. Technical Knowledge: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus. • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM (version 8) and PeopleTools required including version upgrades. • Exposure to various reporting technologies such as Business Objects is highly desired. • Minimum of 6 years experience with relational database architecture and models.
