* * *SAP BASIS Consultant :: Tempe, WA :: 3 Months+* Kindly send your resumes to *[email protected]* only * * *Define skill set of resource needed: * · Supporting 8/5, 5 days per week, SAP system operations and business SAP deployment team activities for four (4) Business Units. Utilizing and/or directing co-source Basis support resources as needed in providing these services. · Monitor and maintain the technical integrity and performance of multiple SAP environments, including network, database, operating system, and application performance. · Work with Business Units, Global IT Operations, and service providers to ensure, implementation and support needs are properly addressed. · Analyze both reported and discovered systems problems, ability to take immediate action to identify root cause and execute and /or organize necessary corrective actions. · Manage and monitor SAP operations technical areas for all reported Critical or Chronic situations in all SAP production environments. Supporting these situations by joining, and leading required technical meetings, bridge and conference calls. Providing customer updates as needed or required. · Monitor operational data to help SAP Vertical organization and ensure service providers and co-source partners are meeting contractual levels of service. · Oversee and provide SAP and related operational services to include architecture, project management, process control of new systems and applications. Including but not limited to system back-ups, patches, system management, quality control test systems, production systems, security, SAP version upgrades, production job scheduling, print management and best practices. · Support Data Center Rationalization initiatives assisting the migration and new deployment of SAP systems and applications into 3 world-wide data centers. · Assist SAP Vertical Organization in the creation of an Operational Production Control team responsible for development of common policies and procedures for back-ups, patches, system security and any related operational changes. · Collect and evaluate SAP operational capacity and performance data, with the ability to supply the organization’s technology refresh and server consolidation programs. · Participate in the development of SAP system disaster and recovery requirements, procedures, and test plans.
