Position Description: Experience Level: 4 yr degree
PLEASE NOTE:
Desired location is Roanoke, VA, but the manager will consider Charlotte, NC
as well.
Required . Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into
specific system requirements . Professional documentation skills . Excellent
verbal and written communication skills applicable when working with
developers and all levels of end users, including Sr. Management .
Knowledge of call center/VoIP data and operations highly desirable -
Project management experience . Ability to travel
