*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*



   - Responsible for the management of complete Recruitment related
   operations of ICONMA in India.
   - Effectively lead and mentor a team of 6-8 Technical Recruiters; share
   responsibilities for results, provide feedback; provide support; and
   represent team plans.
   - Develop, analyze and evaluate team & individual objectives and to
   interpret and communicate progress and results.
   - Ability to influence Team members, deliver constructive advice,
   diagnose and resolve problems and positively influence change
   - Maintain relationships with Corporate Recruitment team and Account
   Managers in the US heads to proactively serve their client requirements
   - Drive performance of the Indian Recruitment Team within agreed SLAs and
   timeliness Provides necessary statistics to Senior Management in the US.
   - Advanced Skill in use of broad range of recruitment and sourcing tools
   including: Web-based services, networking, cold-calling, candidate
   identification and screening, research
