*Excellent proficiency in Flex, Flex Builder, Flash, and ActionScript 3.0.
*Must be able to understand and implement XML-driven Flash projects.
*Knowledge of RESTful interaction to and from Flash projects is a must.
*Understanding of AIR application packaging and deployment.
*Basic understanding of Ruby on Rails.
*Successful candidates will show good problem solving skills, have good
interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment.
*A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or relevant work
experience.
