REQUIRED: -The person should have the experience to be able lead resources, design solutions, plan and implement and configure the platform to be used by our Survey Design Center in Gurgaun, India. - This person should have enough ConfirmIT experience to be able to join, understand the needs and objectives of the project, and propose a roadmap for implementing it globally withing a reasonable time frame. MORE REQUIRED: 1. Strong communication - must be able to lead, work closely with various levels of leadership, and have excellent written and verbal skills 2. Leadership - must have enough experience to lead a team and work closely with out Architecture COE 3. Flexible hours - since our team is in India this person will need to create enough overlap with the India time zone to effectively work with the team.
