*Overview:*
*Engineers must be able to research, test, document, and implement Microsoft
windows related software/hardware updates as well as good trouble-shooting
skills, and be capable of monitoring the websites of major Active Directory
and Exchange related software/hardware to obtain the information for
migrating & upgrading, and document the upgrade recommendations. Consultants
will be transitioning Exchange 5.5/2007-based environments to the Exchange
2007 and Active Directory platform.*

*Requirements:*
*1. Must have 3-5 yrs of messaging experience in large enterprise
environment including:*
*a. Migrating & configuring Exchange Server 5.5/20073 design,
implementation, and support.*
*1. Mailbox, Public folder migration (Manual process using scripts)*
*2. GAL synchronization Manual *
*3. Powershell scripting skill for troubleshooting*
*b. Migrating & configuring AD Windows Server 5.5/2007/Active
Directory design, implementation, and support.*
*1. Ability to document processes and procedures {Technical writing}*
*c. MUST HAVE 2003/2007 MCSE certification preferred *
*d. Must have experience in Enterprise wide deployment of Exchange
services backbone on Federal Government projects *
*e. Must have experience configuring messaging standards and protocols
including Networking, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS.*
*f. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the
organization.*
*g. **Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and
effective communicator *
*h. **Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of
this project *
