LAN Managemnt and Troubleshooting 3. WAN Managemnt and Troubleshooting *Other Duties* * * Periodic tasks or responsibilities: · *Minimum 8+ years of experience in managing the Network Operations* · Should have experience in end to end Troubleshooting of Network. · Should have a experience in Team Management. · Understand the Network Security (CBAC, ACL etc) · Should able to provide the Technical support to the L2/L1 Engineer’s for Switch & Routing. · Familiar with the Monitoring Tools – Solar Wind / Netflow analyzer / Cisco Works / TACACS+, Radius. Net Physics etc. · Familiar with Networking: Switches (3750/2950/6500/4500/4000), Routers (7200/3800/2800), Fiber Cables, Racks, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, ATM, PPP, MPLS · Perform problem analysis and provide recommendations for enhancements for Data Network, Understand the QoS for VoIP Network, Conferencing requirements - Perform gap analysis and implements steps for improving service quality - Extend consulting and design - Monitor and manage SLA's and service quality · Should have Experience 1+ year experience in Project Management · Should have Experience in 1+ year of remote Management, or should possess the remote project execution / management · Should willing to work on Incident Management & familiar to Remedy. *Qualifications* Identify the minimum requirements needed to perform the job: Graduate with minimum 8 years of experience in Data Networking.
