Please find job description below; please send me profiles ASAP with market rate Please send resume to: [email protected] *Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6+ Months* *Position: Senior Business Analyst w/P&C Insurance* *Interact with all necessary stakeholders to help define functional requirements relative to various *P*&*C* insurance *business* initiatives. * Define systems scope and objectives of *business* requirements, including documentation of requirements (i.e. use cases, UML) and translation into system requirement specifications. * Lead JAD sessions and create process flows and current/future state documentation using VISIO. * Develop and maintain a customer-focused relationship with *business *stakeholders and other IT areas by exhibiting a high level of collaboration, timely communication and responsiveness. Required Skills: * Minimum of 10 years of total I.T. experience including at least 6 years experience as a *Business* *Analyst*. * Must have property and casualty insurance experience. * Solid understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * *Business* process workflow experience; documenting current "as-is" state and recommended "to-be" state of a process. * Proficient in MS Project and VISIO. * Must be customer focused - meaning must be able to understand the importance stakeholders *business* objectives and drive the process towards achieving those objectives. * Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in working with all levels of an organization*s technical and *business* departments. * Experience conducting and leading JAD sessions. * Use Case development is required. * UML prototyping and diagramming experience is a plus * Must be flexible, enthusiastic; and has very strong organizational, task management and prioritization skills. * Demonstrated ability to complete deliverables on time and within budget. * Bachelor's degree is required. -- Many Thanks.
