COMM skills must be a 9 or 10.. also, must have some Lead experience.

1 year contract.
Enterprise Payment System is main core system for Distributor and Dealer
payment and incentives. Distributor and Dealers submit their claims (payment
for activation etc) to EPS, EPS (oracle jobs) validate the submitted claims
and process them for payment. Payments are generated for the claims through
Truecomp application (Calidus product) and paid to corresponding distributor
and dealers.
*Qualification:*
Minimum of 7 years related experience including hands-on development and at
least 2 years of experience in a lead/mentor/management role for a PL/SQL
development.

*Skills Requirement:*
Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming
Strong in Database architecture
Strong Performance Tuning of SQLs and Database
Architect the solution based on the requirements.
Excellent communication in verbal and written.
Advanced software development skills
Software development and maintenance practices and methodologies
Developing UNIX scripts
*Roles and Responsibility:*
Architect, Design, develop, debug, and implement commission applications
Estimate and manage development effort required for projects and adhere to
established release schedules
Provide clear and consistent communication of project status both internally
within IT and with Business Stakeholders
Ensure that issues and risks are identified, understood and dealt with in a
manner that mitigates risk to scope, cost, and schedule
Develop and maintain standard project documentation - project plans,
agendas, action items lists, deliverables and ensure adherence to company
Work Initiation and Software Development Lifecycle best practices
Plan and facilitate meetings; provide meeting minutes
