Ability to translate requirements into design specifics that leverage components and how these components may need to be expanded or extended or configured to achieve requirements 2. Must be able to perform the following activities including: a. testing, b. Conduct code reviews. c. knowledge of SQL 3. Strong knowledge and use of full lifecycle development methodologies, standards and procedures 4. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator 6.
