*Currently need a Systems Administrator for the Mortgage group - We have a
consultant transitioning to perm so we need to backfill the contract - I'm
going to keep the rate open at this time, but close as low  as possible -
Right now the need is URGENT, so do not out rule anyone, just close with the
lowest rate possible - phone interview will be immediately......  I've
attached a sample resume so this gives you a better idea on what we are
looking for - they will be supporting LPS products for the Mortgage
team.....*


Will be the leader/first lines support Mortgage Systems Specialist -
supporting the Mortgage team with issues and questions users have about LPS
products, such as MSP, Director, Customer Care Net, or Passport.



*EXAMPLE RESUME:*
*Mortgage Systems Specialist* with 7+ years of experience moving from the
business to the technical side - a "jack of all trades" in the *Mortgage
Servicing* department.  Currently a system administrator for *MSP, Passport,
*and *Director* and responsible for providing access, installing software,
and performing audits on these systems to assure proper access is given to
our employees.  Experience in managing other team members (an assistant
system administrator and a Mortgage Insurance SME).  Experience in leading
various projects within the *Mortgage Servicing* department including: bank
acquisitions, managing business with new vendors, and the testing of new
applications.


*EXPERIENCE*

*RBC Bank (RBC Centura) – Rocky Mount, NC
       October 2002 to Present*

*Mortgage Systems Specialist (April 2008 – Present)*
*Leader *of both the Systems and Mortgage Insurance teams in the *mortgage
servicing department*.
Acts as the *system administrator and a liaison between the mortgage
department and LPS* on any known issues or questions users have about
*LPS*products such as
*MSP, Director, Customer Care Net, *or *Passport.*
Serves as the *BCP (Business Continuity Plan) Coordinator* for the
department to ensure business impact is at a minimum in the event of a
disaster.
Responsible for year end related duties such as IRS reporting and analyzing
customer’s escrow accounts.

*Mortgage Operations Specialist (June 2005 – April 2008)*
Oversaw *security functions* such as *controlling administrative rights* to
company’s *servicing platform* *(LPS’s MSP),* making sure any *security
changes* were examined thoroughly, and *performing audits* to guarantee only
appropriate personnel have access to confidential information.
Tested new software in test environment to document any risks and exposures.
 Loaded software on user’s computers and also trained employees on proper
use.
*Served as the first line of contact for Mortgage department users* with
issues such as hardware and software problems, network connectivity, or
general PC questions and/or concerns.

*Non-Agency Investor Accounting Associate (October 2004 – June 2005)*
Responsible for the *recovery of settlement funds* due RBC Mortgage
regarding Non-Agency transfers to other lenders.
Transferred loans on a daily basis to new lenders, collected pending
payments and NSF’s from customers, and assisted in *HELOC* related issues.

*Mortgage Collections Specialist (October 2002 – October 2004)*
Made *daily contact with customers and investors* to achieve goals set forth
by RBC Centura and investors to *prevent loss* to the bank.
Provided *collections counseling and loss mitigation* alternatives such as
repayment plans and modifications to mortgagors in times of default.
