*Oracle Suite Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst /Warrenville, IL/ 6
Months*



The Senior Business Analyst (BA), performs analysis and design of business
systems. These will be projects of diverse scope with minimal or no
supervision. Acting as the liaison between the client, stakeholders,
development team and technical analysts, the BA is responsible for the
logical design of business processes and systems that satisfy customer
requirements. The BA remains involved throughout a project's lifecycle and
is accountable that project deliverables satisfy the goals and expectations
of the business. Will work in coordination with the Technical Analyst to
help conceptually determine a technical design





Mandatory Skills:

- Highly experienced with Oracle Supply Chain Planning Suite of products
(Demantra, ASCP, IO, eBusiness, iSupplier) and a working knowledge of other
Oracle Products such as Inventory, Parts Master, etc.

- Highly experienced with integrating Oracle Applications within Oracle
Products as well as Non-Oracle Supply Chain Applications, such as
PeopleSoft, Siebel, etc

- Experienced with Automotive Supply Chain Aftermarket Industry in order to
identify Fit-GAP between Business Process and Oracle Supply Chain
Applications

- Ability to translate functional designs into technical designs, and
conversely to translate complex information into common terms

- Considered an Oracle Application subject matter expert capable of
formulating and defining project scope and prioritization of deliverables
through research and fact finding to order to develop, modify or integrate
complex information systems, including identifying business case,
deliverable estimates, and cost/benefit analysis.

- Proactively works with business units to understand and document business
requirements and to conceptualize the methods and techniques for obtaining
solutions defined by the development methodology

- Explores and develops innovative solutions while maintaining focus on
customer satisfaction

- Assists in defining all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation
through the completion of the project

- Participates with innovation and creativity to optimize existing business
processes

- Utilizes data analysis, process modeling/mapping, user interface design,
use case diagrams and process decomposition to document current and
projected business requirements

- Performs ROI (cost / benefit) analysis

- Works with the Technical Analysts in conceptual design; assists in
preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written

- Participates on cross-functional linked teams to address business or
systems issues.

- Participates in troubleshooting performance and application issues

- Leads Best Practice reviews utilizing extensive knowledge base of external
industry trends

- Provides support and guidance to users enterprise wide

- Conducts necessary training with the business
