Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. . Prepares specifications for system changes. Excellent analytical skills are required. Ability to communicate with multiple levels across multiple business units and technology required. Experience with ITO or BPO preferred. *Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:* 1.Data reconciliation for merger activities 2. Facilitate the planning, and execution of efforts across multiple CIOs and Lines of Business. 3.Create business requirements 4.Create summary and detailed level Microsoft Access and Excel reports 5.Create weekly status reports 6. Collect and analyze data related to international infrastructure remediation and transition activities 7. Microsoft Access development as needed *Working knowledge of* 1.
