Experience with and understanding of Collateral Management Operations is a
must.


*Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning,
scheduling, communications and issue resolution for Centralize Collateral
Management project. Facilitate executive level meetings among
cross-functional business and technology teams and drive and influence
decisions from the meetings . Co-ordinate with the business and technology
team on all aspects of the project and track the timely completion of key
project milestones.

Responsibilities / Deliverables

· Experienced Project Manager (minimum 5-7 yrs exp managing medium-large
scale projects) specifically in Financial Services Industry. Capital Markets
Experience preferable.

· Very good in written, verbal and presentation skills. Ability to
provide effective
presentations to Senior Management and influencing decisions.

· Experience in vendor negotiations/ procurement management and RFI/RFP
process.

· Must be effective in working with both staff and management in
negotiating agreements.

· Create project work plans and revise as appropriate. Coordinate with the
project team, cross-work streams to make sure the key milestones are on
track.

· Ability to create/assist development business case, business proposals
and business process mappings and compiling powerpoint presentations to
Executive teams. Prepare minutes of meetings or other documentation that
captures decisions made.

· Enable the functional teams to identify and manage risks, issues, action
items, and key decisions. Help resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely
fashion.

· Experience in reporting and metrics. Thorough understanding of the system
life cycle methodology.


• Desired Skill-Sets
– 7+ years experience
– Strong Project Management skills
– Strong communication skills, including ability to communicate with
multiple levels of staff and management
– Strong analysis, follow up, and problem-solving skills and ability to
work independently
– Strong Process Re-engineering skills
– MS Project; MS Office.
– Experience with SDLC
– PMP desired, not required.*
