Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 would be a strong plus. · Experience with scripting concepts and techniques would be a strong plus such as VBScript or PowerShell. · Supporting and managing servers in production, pre-production and integration environments. · Providing application support for business critical applications, troubleshooting and resolving application issues. · Working with engineering team to troubleshoot complex application issues, participate in planning & deploying new application releases. · Installing Security patches to servers & performing password reset for service accounts. · Renewing SSL certificate, website configuration and troubleshooting. · Work on project tasks such as building new servers, server migration, upgrading to latest windows OS and upgrading IPAK level on servers, SQL upgrade, IIS installation & configuration. · Troubleshooting basic network related issues and escalating to networking team and working towards resolution. · Providing analysis and troubleshooting for Windows, IIS & network related issues.
