JOB TITLE: Senior Software Development Engineer

Required Skills and Experience:
· Strong technical/engineering background (requires a BS/MS in
Computer Science/Engineering), with the ability to analyze and solve
difficult business problems in a complex domain.
· 10+ years of experience with software product design, development
and testing for infrastructure software products, with at least 4 years in a
Technical Lead/Principal Engineer role leading a combination of senior,
mid-level and junior Developers and Test Engineers.
· Requires a minimum of 5 years of C#.NET experience.
· Experience working with offshore development and test resources
in a managed services model (must have) to ensure timely and high quality
delivery of software releases.
· Well versed with software lifecycle processes, methodologies and
development best practices used for high quality software test automation
development and testing.
· Specific experience designing, developing and maintaining test
automation frameworks and test automation suites is highly desired for this
position.
Emphasis on developing test automation for commercial grade
distributed, fault tolerant software components with a focus on
extensibility, maintainability and cost of ownership.
· Hands on experience developing and white box testing distributed
client/UI and server software using C/C++/C# on Windows Platforms.
Experience with COM/DCOM/.NET and WPF based applications, with outstanding
skills in design and development of test frames for distributed, scalable,
concurrent and multi-threaded software systems. Visual Studios Team
Foundation Server experience is desirable.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to
articulate the problem and solution space to different kinds of audiences.
