Position : *SAP Test Manager* *Location : **San Francisco**, CA***
*Duration : 6 + months* *Rate : $50/hr * * * *Responsibilities:* *Act as liaison/partner with the project team(s) to ensure testing deliverables are met on time.* *Manage the testing environment / process for all SAP **quality assurance**(QA) systems. * *Provide guidelines around milestone dates and deliverables required for **integration testing**.* *Coordinate test planning, execution, **project awareness**, environment usage and approvals.* *Assist with defect management/resolution within SIT cycles.* *Audit and valid the readiness assessment (pre go live) to ensure testing efforts meet the minimal requirements for a project, CR or enhancement to go live. * *Lead the effort to convert open testing defects into remedy tickets and obtains business approval on all manual workarounds.* *Responsible leading daily testing status calls and providing status and defect reports.* *Experience: * *§ At least 4 years IT experience as a QA/Testing analyst or consultant with knowledge and experience related to ERP Project testing. * *§ Minimum 2 years experience hands on working with SAP, including functional and technical experience. * *§ Demonstrated experience with testing tools including HP Quality Center.* *§ HP Quick Test Professional, HP Load Runner and SAP TAO experience a plus.** * *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* *§ Thorough knowledge of systems development lifecycle methods, processes and industry best practices. * *§ Extensive knowledge of the SAP suite of applications and SAP tools and methods; Solution Manager and CHaRM a plus.* *§ Demonstrated **facilitation skills** working with cross-functional technical teams.
