*Duration : 6-8 months * Plans, conducts, and coordinates programming activities supporting Oracle CRM Applications. Analyzes, designs, implements and extends Oracle eBusiness applications computer software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business problems, questions or processes. Works with business users to develop statements of problems and requirements, designs applications solutions including configuration and extensions. Applies knowledge of Oracle applications and extension tools to define and develop solutions programmed and implemented in business applications. Tests developed/configured solutions and corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. Designs, specifies, implements, and maintains automated and manual systems, and documents computer programs for systems of the highest complexity. Screens requests for computer services, determines general customer requirements, develops and evaluates alternative systems solutions and functional specifications, and develops conversion plans and procedures. Provides training to less-experienced staff. Must be able to lead by example a medium sized technical team, 3-8 associates, and interface directly with a Project Manager. Provides cost estimates related to proposed system designs. Involved in coordinating the most complex software development issues that arise in production environments. Can influence and set technical direction. Must be able to work independently to complete tasks.
