Ø Knowledge of the investment management industry and its business
functions
Ø Good understanding of the client reporting function at an investment
management firm
Ø Should be ‘hands-on’ in terms of being able to create reports
Ø Preferable to have worked on client reporting projects in the
past(preferably using BI tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, Acutate
etc)
Ø Ability to lead a team of onsite/offshore business analysts and provide
direction to the team
Ø Desirable(though not mandatory) to have performed project management
activities in past projects
Ø Good written and oral communication skills
