We need a technical lead who is very well versed with all kinds of Siebel development effort: Configuration, Workflow, Integration etc. There won't be much hands on work. This person would be responsible to audit the work done by the other vendor. It is a very high visibility position and there is potential to hire junior developers and take on additional work.
