Please send qualified resumes to Sanjay at [email protected] Must have matching skill set with the requirement Position: QA System Analyst/Engineer Location: CT Rate: Open Duration: 6 Months Skills/Role Requirements: * Plan and manage the QA deployment of new applications/enhancements and systemic requirements needed for testing. * Release test-case definition, management, planning, execution, reporting and certification. * Prepare and deliver test design and automation training and presentations to colleagues, other IT teams, and the business. * Manage the impact of application programmatic and structural changes so as to highlight release risk and ensure business continuity. * Use technical and analytical expertise as well as system and business knowledge to contribute to manual/automated regression suites encompassing all known manual scenarios. * Build relationships and communicate effectively with both business people and other systems areas. Functional: * Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of software developments in areas of interest to the bank. * Creative use/leverage of technology to enhance and speed up the test coverage of developed applications. * Ability to quickly master new concepts and technology both delivered by in-house development and offered by external companies. * Ability to develop and extend knowledge and understanding of technology and business issues. Be able to order, identify and prioritize issues and their solution and assist in developing specifications for enhancements. * Partner with development teams early in the SDLC to prepare scenario-based scripted or automated test coverage. Technical: * 2 - 4 years experience in an IT application testing, automation, and design role. * 2 - 4 years of Windows support/administration ideally in a .NET-centric environment. * 2 years+ SQL experience on Oracle or comparable DBMS experience. SQL Server experience also beneficial. * 1 year+ exposure with a .Net Programming or Scripting language.
