Position 2: Environment Management Admin/developer Rate: $45· Metadata migration between SFDC sandboxes and prod o Change Sets o Ant-tool (a must) o Scripted / automated deployments · Continuous integration (building a build automation process using a system like CruiseControl/IBM Build Forge etc) -- a major plus · Thorough understanding and experience of complex enterprise Force.com release management and knowledge of Force.com Metadata API Position 3: Apex Developer (Business Logic)Rate: $50 - $55 (DOE) · Advanced knowledge and experience in batch Apex (as much as hands on experience as possible) · Experience working with SFDC Web Services API · Solid understanding of Object Oriented development and design, experience in using design patterns and ability to right clean, well-refactored maintainable code.
