Occasionally, the Automation Analyst may need to assist with automated test execution. *Required Skills/Experience:* • Development: o 5+ years of software development experience, strong ability and experience in Java programming o Expertise in SQL (for Oracle), and Shell scripting, familiarity with XML, experience working on Linux platform, knowledge of middleware interfaces • Automation: o Ability to design, implement, and expand scalable test automation solutions independently and in a timely manner. o Experience with at least one test automation platform (preferably Selenium or other Java based platform), experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks (for both GUI and non-GUI interfaces). • QA: Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies, experience testing web-based applications. • Other: Strong communication skills and the ability to work with others with varying levels of technical understanding.
