Strong experience in concepts of .NET framework and development (Experience with Visual Basic.NET,ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, Windows Communication Framework (WCF) is a MUST) . Silverlight experience is a MUST . Strong experience in Oracle 11g & concepts of PL/SQL development . Familiarity with MS SQL server WILL NOT count . Experience in scripting languages Java Script, VB Script, etc . Strong analytical, object oriented design and conceptual skills (Strong UML understanding (not design) skills is a MUST) . Familiarity with entire SDLC development cycle (Familiarity with agile methodologies like TDD and XP a plus) . Strong experience in unit testing, defect fixing (nUnit & FXCop preferred) . Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Adobe Templates is a plus .
