This developer will be responsible for SQR and Application Engine development for a PeopleSoft upgrade to version 9.1. Job description: * Meet with business analysts to analyze business processes, understand requirements, and recommend technical solutions * Based on business requirements, develop reports and interfaces using SQR; Document all custom code changes * Setup and configure process scheduler jobs and distribution * Perform unit testing and integration testing Qualifications * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus. * Experience with PeopleSoft HCM (version 8.9 or later) and PeopleTools required. Experience with upgrades a plus. * Exposure to various reporting technologies such as Business Objects is highly desired. * Minimum of 4 years experience with relational database architecture and models. (Oracle or SQL Server preferred). * Experience using a structured systems development methodology required. * Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Must have strong communication skills; Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.
