Immediate requirement with my direct client :- Position : Business Analyst Lead Location : Princeton, NJ Duration : 6+ Months REQUIRED SKILLS: • 8 + years experience in business/systems analysis, systems support and/or defect & QA management initiatives, preferably in a multinational company • Experience managing a BSA team • Experience with multiple integrated applications with dependencies on other custom and vendor (COTS) technologies • Moderate-high degree of judgment involved in decisions regarding triaging and driving production incidents to resolution within the agreed upon SLE • High degree of interaction with technical personnel (help desk personnel, developers, infrastructure support personnel, etc.) and non-technical personnel (Business Users, SME & QA teams) • Experience with ad-hoc query development (SQL a must)Expert ability to effectively translate business needs into technology requirements and concepts/prototypes • Deep experience with UML modeling and data flow diagrams • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills allowing positive interaction with both business and technical staff • Requirements elicitation • Creation of wireframes in MS Visio • Rapid prototyping at varying levels of fidelity in order to gain business buy-in • Experience with Rational Requisite Composer or another comparable requirements documentation tool a plus. • Demonstrated understanding of RUP and/or UML; Good knowledge of SDLC Methodologies • Understanding of information architecture and its influence in user interface design • Experience with prototyping tools • Demonstrated leadership abilities • Strong facilitation skills • Ability to take a big picture view of requirements and ensure uniformity in addressing all key business areas • Demonstrated ability to set and meet deadlines and manage related risks • Understanding of the audit domain preferred • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, or related field.
