Knowledge of Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 Operating Systems is essential.* *· Hands on experience with Active Directory and supporting Microsoft Office environment (Outlook, Word, and Excel).* *· Understanding of computer networks and firewalls.* *· Strong verbal and written communication skills and patience - position requires in person, email, and telephone based support to non-technical users as well as maintaining accurate support related documentation.* *· Daily oversight of the IT Help Desk to provide quality customer service and technical support to users* *· Coordinate and provide timely, efficient, and courteous service to our internal customers. Senior level support of the Windows desktop environment; imaging, application packaging, patch roll-out, & * *change management support for both the main and disaster recovery offices as well as employees on the road and at home via hands-on and remote support.
