*Job Description* *The helpdesk department is seeking an experienced IT technician to participate in day to day helpdesk functions. S/He would be responsible for tier 1and 2 level IT support in a fast paced 500 user Windows Active Directory environment.* * * *Duties including but not limited to: * - *Hardware configuration and troubleshooting (desktops, servers, and laptops)* - *Software installations* - *MS office support* - *Blackberry setup and troubleshooting* - *Workstation setups and moves * - *IP phone system support* - *TCP\IP network support and troubleshooting* * * *Requirements:* * * *Desired Skills & Experience* · *The ideal candidate will be a self motivated and customer service oriented. A working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, PC setup and configuration, and MS Office suite are required. Experience with Active Directory, Symantec AV, and Ghost experience preferred. A+, Microsoft, Comp Tiaa, etc. certifications are a plus.
