Min 5 years of Experience in SAP HCM and 3 years of Experience in SAP eRecruitement. 3. 3 implementation experience in Performance management, at least one PMS implementation in PMS EHP4. 4. 2 implementation experience in SAP Compensation management and PD. 5. Good Communication Skill. 6. Should have worked in ESS / MSS projects.
