The technical skills include the ability to design software or customize software for client use Education/Experience: o Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field required o 2-4 years experience required Responsibility level: o Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor Skills: o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required) o Basic ability to work independently and manage oneâ?Ts time (Required) o Testing experience with Siebel CRM tool (Required) o Experience with Agile software methodology (Required) o Experience using Rally software tool o Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
