The ideal candidate should be able to quickly hand-code clean HTML and CSS from Photoshop comps and wire frames and have a basic understanding of interaction design and user-centered design methods and practices. The front-end developer will take on new development initiatives and platform enhancements across Sears.com, Kmart.com and the associated portfolio of brand properties. The person chosen for this position will research recommend appropriate interactive technologies, conduct code walkthroughs and quality assurance with development teams.
