Candidate should be a strong Business Analyst (BA) with experience working on technical projects or other experience as a Technical Analyst (TA). A combination of business and technical experience is required to be successful in this role. The candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in a BA/TA role. Responsibilities: Candidate will be working directly with the client Technical Lead (TL) and the Onshore Development Lead (DL) to help with the following: • Identify gaps in requirements documentation created by 3rd party vendor • Work with business SME’s and TL/DL to fill in gaps and document gaps • Draft business and/or technical design documents following client templates and processes • Provide administrative and project management support to TL/DL o Schedule meetings with business SME’s o Draft status updates for track o Follow-up with 3rd vendors for items missing from requirements documentation and wireframes Requirements: • Client facing skills • Strong verbal and written communication • Must be able to work independently and under the direction of the TL/DL • Ability to create and deliver compelling PPT’s • Strong meeting management and facilitation skills • Ability to anticipate client needs and react to them accordingly • Comfortable working a challenging and highly dynamic environment • Must be comfortable working as a BA/TA on a technical project • Must be able to easily bridge the gap between business SME’s and technology TL’s/DL’s • Contractor must be from the local Chicago area and be able to be onsite at the client in • Must have experience working in an offshore development model • Must have experience with relevant software development methodologies • Experience with IBM Portal, IBM Lotus WCM, IBM Portal Personalization is a plus • Experience with content management and/or content personalization is a plus Thanks Sanjay Kalra WALTECH Inc,Your IT Partner - IT Services & Consulting 333 Turnpike Road, Suite 204, Southborough, MA 01772 Direct : 508-573-4906 Fax : 508-460-8848 Email : [email protected] URL : www.waltechinc.com <http://www.waltechinc.com> 8:00? 8:25? 8:40?
