Need QA Lead Contract to Hire Location: Annapolis, MD *Green Card or Citizen Only* QA Lead – lead / supervisory experience REQUIRED 4-6 years’ experience minimum (7-10 years preferred) Agile environment, must have worked in Agile environment before EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS This person will take use cases and capture requirements for each use case. Working in a sequential manner (focusing on the highest priority use cases), this person will elaborate them to first create functional requirements, then create test plans that will be used by QA Testers. Will have to create test cases (mainly manual testing in this environment) This person will supervise and lead a small group of QA testers. Organize and train them.
