Financial SQL database will be created and structured so that it can be tied to the Rate Filings database . Web based application that can create reports that will compare the financial data to the information provided in rate filings. Ability for users to design reports from data in databases-with options to query . Application that users (internal staff) can add information from rate filings into database manually . Application that will automatically upload excel sheets into the database . Ability to place data into an archive and eventually delete records, based on user parameters, overtime . Ability to download reports from new databases into Excel or PDF formats *SCOPE:** * Debug existing applications and support for current query errors . Meet daily/weekly as needed with the PM to gain an understanding of the software, the development needs, and development priorities . Work with PM to create and set up an internal SharePoint Project site to track progress of the project . Meet with the IT developer as needed to review problems identified on the issues list within the project site. Clarification or additional explanation of need shall be provided by project management team . Approval of enhancements and corrections are provided by PM .
