Need Oracle BRM TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL -Location: Austin - 6+ months Contract
. Document all troubleshooting steps in Knowledge base and provide training to AMS Analysts . Perform all RCA, document findings and provide training to AMS Analysts . Provide Oracle BRM functional and technical training to the AMS Support Analysts . Implement pro-active maintenance using best practices and document/transition the same to AMS Analysts . Update documentation as required . Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions. . Work on-call, on-site & multiple shifts in a 24 X 7 environment. . Schedule to support the applications and project deployment on weekends, or when required .
