Key Responsibilities**

** **

**1.       **Owns and maintains the overall IT Strategy Implementation
release plan. Responsible for making changes after an approval from CCB.
Communicates and walkthroughs of revisions with all the IT & Business
stakeholders****

**2.       **Change Management – ****

**a.       **Single point of ownership of maintaining all the changes in
projects and impact analysis.****

**b.      **Brings the consolidated overall impact to implementation plan in
front of CCB for a decision****

**c.       **Works with external stakeholders to coordinate the impact of
changes (both ways)****

**3.       **Release Management – ****

**a.       **Approver of any release to production and UAT environments. ***

**b.      **Maintains and publishes release calendar and aligns resource
accordingly.****

**4.       **Configuration Management – ****

**a.       **Keeps track of all the releases deployed on various servers and
forthcoming releases****

**b.      **Approves any configuration changes and patch deployments on the
servers****

**c.       **Owns and decide TFS structures and access****

**d.      **Approves access to various environments****

**5.       **Infrastructure Management – Planning and Controlling of
environments needed for the projects****

Skills Needed**

**·         **Strong project management skills (specifically planning and
organizing)****

**·         **Good understanding of change management life cycle****

**·         **Experience of working in .Net web and client-server
technologies****

**·         **Experience in managing programs/projects with multiple tracks
with different releases****

**·         **Exposure to .Net tools like TFS and collaboration tools****

**·         **Understanding of infrastructure components of web and
client-server applications****
