All positions require the ability to model the Corporate Values of Respect, Courage, Passion, Teamwork and Integrity. - *Education:* BA/BS - *Years of Experience: 10 + years of Information Technology experience with increasing responsibility. * - *2-3 years of experience working within Microsoft Windows OS, preferably as Server Admin* - *5+ years of SharePoint* experience while accepting consistent, additional responsibility - Previous experience making recommendations of what products to use inside or outside of SharePoint. - Experience with working with 3rdparty products that are added on to SharePoint for additional capabilities. - Previous experience working with cross-functional teams within the Company and/or IT. - Knowledge of document capture, setting up search engines and department web pages. - Strong communication skills both written and verbal, including experience writing justifications, training users. - Strong presentation skills - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally. - Proven ability to be prepared and organized to answer customer questions and to provide updates and information on areas of expertise. - Demonstrated ability to work on multiple technical projects and tasks concurrently. - Effective team player, show initiative and is self-motivated. - Experience effectively working independently on complex technical task with minimal supervision. - Candidate will have the ability to quickly understand the MGI business product line and be able to quickly identify which products and where within the product architecture SharePoint will be connected/hinged.
