*Location:* *Arlington**, VA* *Duration*: 6 Months *Job Description: * Position requires technical knowledge in all most areas of the CRM product, configuring the CRM product, and upgrade and deployment methods. Configures the CRM product per DS needs, implements specific requirements within the product, assists other system analysts and programmers with application or technical problems related to implementing configurations in the product. Configures, tests, debugs, and documents configurations for relatively straightforward or small requirements. May assist senior CRM product architect on more complex efforts. No clearance requirement but must be “clearable” and should be U.S. born to expedite interim clearance *Job Requirements* 1. Understand conceptual data and process models 2. Must have a deep technical and functional understanding on Siebel 7 and 8 out-of-the-box offerings 3. Must understand Siebel architecture and framework capabilities including understanding Gateway Server, Enterprise Server and Siebel Server 4. Should have extensive experience with Siebel configuration, customization, smart scripts, eScripting, Workflow, and Assignment manager 5. Should have a good understanding of Siebel configuration, Siebel EAI / EIM and Siebel data model 6. Proficiency in database (Oracle or SQL) 7. Understanding of networking concepts, windows/Unix OS knowledge is desired 8. OBIEE/Siebel Analytics skills is a plus 9. Experience in design external system interfaces 10. Experience with documenting system specifications, operating procedures, installation instructions, and other system-related information *Job Qualifications* Minimum/General Experience: Requires at least two (2) to four (4) years of experience with the CRM product.
