*Location:* Lynchburg, VA *Duration*: 6 months CTH** * Job Description*: · 7-8 years of strong delivery experience with relevant exposure to performance testing of Java, .Net, Mainframes and Web Service technologies · The candidate should have proven Test Management experience of at least 2 years · Should have Exposure of working on large performance testing/engineering assignments or performance CoEs · Should have excellent delivery track record Interface with customer technical Project Managers/Technical Architects to elicit performance requirements · Lead a team of 3-5 onsite performance testers to execute performance testing projects from requirement gathering to production roll out including load modeling, scripting, execution, monitoring, bottleneck identification and providing tuning recommendations *Should have worked on* · Should have expertise in Load Runner / Performance Center tool and exposure to multiple protocols Strong verbal and written communication skills, out-of the box thinking, and bring thought leadership in performance engineering domain · Interact with the client project teams (IT PM, Business, QA) to define performance goals and scope Prepare Performance Test Strategy and Performance Test Plan documents, provide a walkthrough of these deliverables to the customer and procure sign-off. · Assist the performance engineers to de-bottleneck any scripting issues which they are facing.
