It is important that a Business Analyst identifies opportunities for process improvements and provides analysis, proposes change strategies, and communicates proposed strategies. A Business Analyst facilitates the implementation and measures the success of process changes. In this role, you will draw conclusions and make recommendations by considering both quantitative and qualitative factors. Business Analysts are expected to take a consultative approach with stakeholders while presenting information that is both presentable and organized.
