UX Experience (one resource)

Automated Builds (preferably, using MSBuild)
Automated Unit Testing using VSTS 2010
Automated Deployment
Experience with Agile/SCRUM
Knowledge on VSTF 2010 tools - Source Control, Test Manager, Lab Manager
and Bugs Management
