We are seeking an experience WAS Administrator to assist on client site. This is a Senior Technical position and the individual must have strong technical skills and expert knowledge (at least 7 years) on Unix platforms to deploy and administer WebSphere Application Server, WMQ, and IBM HTTP Server. We need those who are well adept at troubleshooting. Additionally, skills in these products would be a plus : WebSphere Portal and WebSphere Enterprise Bus. The individual must have strong problem determination skills with the ability to lead technical teams during times of critical situations. The individuals should have excellent written and oral skills. They will have to document products and processes and provide training to other technical teams on new infrastructure technology. The individuals should have strong scripting skills to work towards automation of day to day tasks. Our client is currently interviewing and placing the right candidates.
