I have two new openings for a WCM/CQ5 initiative in Chicago,
Illinois. Please review the job description listed below and let me know

*Title:* Web Content Management Developer/CQ5 Consultant
*Rate: $55 per hour*
*Location:* Chicago, Illinois
*Employment Terms:* 6-12 month contract with extension or potential to hire

Description:
There will be a team of 2 FTE's and 2 Contractors helping to develop this
new front end application. Currently, a vendor will be performing a
migration and doing development of the front end with Adobe CQ5- First part
of project with be a lot of observation, best practices on how work is
performed in order to "own" this type of work in the future (as Sears will
host it and no longer outsource). Plenty of future development projects
for the two contractors that will get extended indefinitely or ultimately
solicited for perm hire if there's interest.
*Adobe CQ5 Developer Job Description**

At least 3-4 years experience in the design and implementation of WCM
solutions including experience with HTML, CSS and DHTML
Experience of different project methodologies, including Waterfall, RAD,
Agile
Ability to transform the requirements into functional and technical design
and effectively communicate with the stake holder Specific experience in
Adobe CQ5:
Demonstrable implementation experience of three or more medium to large
scale CQ5 delivery projects
Expertise in CQ dynamic publishing, CQ content management features, author
roles and responsibilities, Workflow, Forms, Campaigns, Newsletters,
Reports, Mobile pages
Strong knowledge and experience with JavaScript in the client side
environment jQuery preferred).
Strong knowledge and experience with Java Server Pages (JSP)
Knowledge of open standards (e.g. XML, LDAP)
Two years experience with J2EE applications.
Two years experience in Java.
*Required Skills for Adobe CQ5 Developer Job:**
*SLING
JCR
Strong background in web development
Proficient in Day/Adobe CQ development (*Different CMS Platform Experience
such as Escentric or Jadu is acceptable*).
Proficient with HTML/CSS
Proficient with JavaScript
Understanding of design patterns
Understanding of REST Webservices
EXTjs background preferred
Maven
Experience using a source control tool such as SVN or GIT
Excellent communication skills
Eclipse Experience a plus.
*EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
*Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical
school, or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience
