Datawarehouse consultant with E-Commerce Location: King of Prussia, PA Duration: 6+ Months F2F after the phone screen Description We are looking for talented people to join our Services Delivery Technology team. Our Database/ETL/BI developers contribute to all phases of the development of solutions for our clients including: discovery, specification, implementation and support. The successful candidate will be an experienced database/ETL/BI developer with 5+ years of experience in the I.T industry and can perform business relevant analysis in an applied environment. Qualifications: Years of experience: 5+ years. BS/BA in Computer Science or related discipline required. At least 5 years of technical experience with databases, data warehousing and BI tools . 3 years of experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Datastage, Talend etc. 3 years of experience with reporting and analytics tools OLAP tools, Business Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy. 3 years Oracle Database and Oracle PL/SQL experience. Candidates with Pentaho and Talend experience will be given a strong preference. Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting, java programming preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of relational database concepts & technology data modeling (dimensional/snowflake), SQL, query optimization, data warehouse architecture. Experience with setup, configuration, design best practices, performance optimization, team based development approaches with a leading ETL/BI tool. Familiarity with email marketing concepts, practices and programs is a plus. eCommerce, Retail, Supply Chain Management experience preferred, but not required. Well organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced demanding environment. Attention to detail and quality; excellent problem solving and communication skills. Ability and willingness to learn new tools and applications. Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts to business users and management.
