We are looking for a senior business analyst/project manager to support the implementation of the Peoplesoft HCM v9.1 Profile Management. *Requirements* · Develop the business case and cost analysis for the implementation of a Talent Acquisition Management System. · Provide project management and business analysis support for the development of HR metrics and analytics functionality. · Provide project management and subject matter expertise for the development of processes and procedures needed for the on-going support, knowledge transfer and assistance with the development of an HRIS support structure. · Develop project deliverables including: project plans, requirements documentation, functional and technical design specifications, status reports, issue logs, risk mitigation plans and project communications. *Experience* · 3-5 years of experience in project management. · 3-5 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM in the Public Sector · 7-10 years of experience in the implementation of complex technology projects. · Experience working with the State of Georgia preferred. · Excellent communication skills.
