We have an opening for a *Oracle Financials Business Analyst* in *Boca Raton,FL.* The technical details are below.* * *Role: * Oracle Financials Business Analyst *Rate*: $60hr *Location:* Boca Raton, FL *Length:* 6 month contract *Interview Process: Phone, Face to Face or Skype, Manager to line up interviews 1st week of January 2013* *Technical Skills: *Listed Below * * *Position Requirements* · Ability to document as-is and to-be business processes. · Understands financial month end process and associated business issues and data challenges. · Ability to identify process strengths and weaknesses - suggest areas for improvement. · Positive track record and experience in driving requirement solicitation sessions with Business partners. · Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. · Develops functional specifications and assists with system design specifications for IT. · Ability to facilitate and lead System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing of implemented systems. *Specific skill sets needed* · At least 5 years hands-on implementation experience within the Oracle Financials area. · Detailed functional knowledge of Oracle Project Accounting. · Well rounded experience with General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and iExpense. · Experience with version 11.5.10 of the Oracle eBusiness Suite. · Advanced written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop presentations and present to management. *Additional desired qualifications include:* · Advanced background and understanding of Accounting and Financial principles, practices, and procedures. · Advanced problem solving and negotiation skills. · Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills. · Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and leadership. · Fortune 500 consulting/work experience. · Fluent in English (written and verbal). * * *Educational requirements* Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university * * *Specific programs/certifications (desired)* CPA, MBA, Six Sigma, Oracle 11i Financials Consultant * * *# of years’ experience* At least 5 years of hands-on implementation experience within the Oracle Financials area. ** * Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
