They are on R12. This person really needs to know ASCP well. Must have 2 full life cycle implementations and must have performed them in large scale environments. Must have good communication and a good work ethic. Work week is a full Monday-Friday work week. **Background Check Required** *Job Summary and Mission: * · Very Knowledgeable in Oracle ASCP (Advance Supply chain Planning) Module. · Experience to Demand Planning would be a plus. · Should have completed at least 2 ASCP implementation. · Should have good knowledge and exposure to Data conversion activities. · Should be able to follow the Test methodology. · Good back-end exposure using Toad/SQL developer. · Strong analytical and De-bugging skills. · Knowledgeable in Oracle EBS Modules - PO, Inv, OM, OPM will be a plus. · Applying business technology expertise to identify, design, and deploy enhanced process and technology solutions supporting the operational requirements and/or strategic initiatives of a specific business unit or function. · Defines overall business requirements and provides process consulting on projects and sustainment initiatives of significant scope and complexity. · Leads functional requirements and solution design activities across initiative teams, various Information Technology (IT) groups, and business stakeholders to collaboratively develop effective solutions. · Leverages industry, process, and technology subject matter expertise to drive the resolution of complex business technology challenges. · Leads and develops less experienced analysts. *Summary of Key Responsibilities: * *Solution Delivery: * · Proactively identifies and effectively assesses improvement opportunities (productivity/efficiency gains, cost savings, etc.). · Gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements to drive the design and development of technology and/or process solutions.
