Location: Miami, FL Duration: 3+ months Rate: Open Position Description Programmer will be responsible for the complete upgrade for the planning application/contributor application, and BI reports in both Development and Production environments. Test and ensure that applications are working and stable. Cognos Planning/Contributor Upgrade from Version 8.4.1 to V 10.1.1 and BI Upgrade from 8 to 10 Responsibilities . Implement the upgrade of the current support IE9 version of 10.1.1 in the development and production environments. . Ensure that all necessary steps are taken to capture the 4 current planning/contributor applications and applications are captured and restored in current version with current data. . Ensure that all necessary elements such as macros are not missed. Assist in troubleshooting and fixing items that arise from the upgrade. . Knowledge of Cognos Planning, Contributor and Cognos BI. Previous upgrades to Cognos a definite plus.
