Rate: Open Skills Needed . In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Time & Labor 9.0 or 9.1 including Employee/Manager Self Service (ESS) for Time & Labor, Time Administration, Labor distribution, interfacing with TCDs, configuration for complex rules. . Hands-on experience in designing, developing and debugging Time and Labor complex RULES along with Time Administration troubleshooting is required . Experience in customizing Timesheet page . Experience with Application Engine and component Interface development . Extensive programming experience in the following technologies and languages is highly desired: People Code, SQL and SQR. . Experience with various application testing including unit, system, integration parallel and user acceptance. . Knowledge of TL security is preferred . Superior analytical and technical knowledge . Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills . Prior Public Sector experience is preferred.
